Never been to a yoga class?
You do not need to be flexible, fit, or to know what any of the postures are called. Every class on this timetable is mixed ability, and there will be other beginners in the room. Bring a mat if you have one and wear something you can move in.
If you are nervous, say so when you arrive - most people are.
