Vedic Rounding & Meditation is a one-off workshop at Braishfield Church Rooms. Asana, pranayama and Vedic meditation in one longer sitting. Get in touch for the next date.

We also run day retreats in the Hampshire countryside - yoga, pranayama, meditation and a long, proper relaxation, with time to actually stop. ​
