Vedic Rounding

Are you ready to deepen your practice?

Vedic Rounding is a beautiful, deeply restorative practice that brings together gentle yoga asana, pranayama and Vedic Meditation.

It is an opportunity to pause, turn inward and allow the body and mind to settle into a deeper state of rest.

With regular practice, Vedic Rounding can support the nervous system in releasing accumulated stress and create greater space for calm, clarity, energy and ease in everyday life.

A practice for deep rest and renewal Vedic Rounding follows a simple, natural sequence of practices:

  • Gentle, floor-based asanas

  • A specific pranayama practice

  • Vedic Meditation

Together, these practices create the conditions for the body and mind to deeply rest and release.

You may experience a greater sense of:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Better sleep

  • Greater mental clarity

  • Consistent energy levels

  • Expanded awareness and consciousness

The benefits of this practice are cumulative. The more we create space to rest and release, the more naturally we can experience our own inherent sense of wellbeing.

The entire practice takes place on the floor and is gentle and accessible, making it suitable for all levels of experience and ability.
