Your comfort and wellbeing are incredibly important to me. Our classes and retreats are a space to relax, switch off and simply be, so I’m always mindful and considerate about when I take photos or videos. You certainly won’t find a camera constantly capturing your practice.
From time to time, I do love to capture a beautiful moment, whether that’s during a class, retreat or one of our special gatherings. These little glimpses help new people feel reassured about joining us and give them an idea of what they can expect.
Above all, I want everyone to feel completely comfortable and at ease. If you’d rather not be photographed or filmed at any time, please just let me know. Your wishes will always be respected.
